This fall Rancho Esmeralda welcomes Char White of Tour-Of-The-Month.  Char has put together a fabulous overnight trip to the Rancho. 

We invite you to indulge your own sense of discovery, exploration, and adventure at Rancho Esmeralda for a time of fun, old west style.  The weather at the ranch is wonderful in October, with highs in the mid 70s and lows in 50s.  Perfect weather for horseback riding and hiking during the day and gathering around a bonfire at night.

 Go explore the remains of Plachas de Plata, an old silver mining town from the 1700s or visit the lush beauty of Corozon (heart) Canyon.   You can also enjoy the evening campfire, tales of  southwestern legends, soak in the hot tub at the end of the day, spend some time learning to rope, or just explore how refreshing it is to relax on a Spanish veranda.  This will be a trip to remember.

At the ranch you will enjoy outstanding Mexican cuisine provided by the ranch’s private gourmet chef. All meals are included, home cooked in Mexican tradition.  The trip includes accommodation, horseback riding, and meals. We provide our guests with gentle and dependable horses for riders of all experience levels.

The facilities consist of a spacious guest hacienda featuring completely solar and eco-friendly facilities and luxurious bunkhouse accommodations with Queen-size beds, private showers and bath.
